What a SIBO symptom quiz can help you do

A guided questionnaire can offer a place to start when you are unsure how to describe digestive symptoms. Its value is in reflection and preparation, not proof that you have SIBO.

Reflect on what you notice

Questions may prompt you to think about frequency, timing, and bowel patterns. You can use that reflection to prepare a short list of topics for a healthcare appointment. You can also do this with paper notes; completing a quiz is optional.

Understand what the score means

A score is produced by rules configured by the quiz publisher. Without clinical validation, it should not be interpreted as a measured chance of disease. The QFL quiz is not a validated diagnostic instrument. Neither a high nor a low result establishes the cause of your symptoms.

What to expect on this site

The free quiz is supplied by QuizFlow Labs and does not request contact information. You do not need a SIBOQuiz account. Questions, branching, and results are controlled by QFL and may change. The questionnaire includes medical-history questions, so read the privacy information before starting.

Turn reflection into questions

Consider asking: What else could explain these symptoms? Is testing appropriate? What should I record before my appointment? What changes should prompt earlier care? A quiz summary is optional background for that discussion, not a referral requirement.

A note for practices

Practitioners can explore the commercial QFL template through our For practitioners page. Customization does not establish clinical accuracy, efficiency gains, or regulatory compliance. Review an intended use and its data requirements before publishing a separate flow.
